CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS & CANCELLATION FORM

Consumers residing in the EU are entitled to a right of withdrawal in distance selling according to the following stipulations, whereby a consumer is any natural person who conducts a transaction that is not part of the operation of their company.

A. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days and begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods, or the last goods in the case of partial deliveries.

your clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.

In order to meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of resignation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will owe you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from you choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have chosen) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you;

Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not resident in the EU.

 

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
